Erika Flowers is the CEO & Creative Director for Upscale Events. Her first love of events were and still are Weddings and over the years have expanded to all types of Events from Weddings, Sweet 16ʼs to Corporate including Non-profit Events. She was an active member of the Association of Bridal Consultants [ABC] for many years where she served as the Co-Director for ABC meetings which are held in various cities throughout Connecticut. She has designed events, such as Sweet 16ʼs that have appeared on MTVʼs My Super Sweet 16 Series. She worked along side the team of Celebrity Event Planner Preston Bailey.

Torrance Flowers is the CFO & Entertainment Director for Upscale Events. He enhances the entertainment and event marketing value to Upscale Events as well. Torrance has an extensive background in Media Advertising & Marketing in which he has worked in Broadcast TV, Cable TV and Radio. He also has an extensive background in the entertainment industry, in which he has worked with well known entertainers and understands the demands it encompasses. Torrance has planned Concerts, Expos, Artist Release Parties, Celebrity Basketball Games and many other successful entertainment events. He has established a track record of success as an event planner in executing high-profile events that involve expert project management of diverse creative production.
